[ all he does for commentary, as it's pretty clear bucky isn't interested in discussing it. fine, he can respect that. as for fish facts, let him just amend that. ]

Plecostomas fish are freshwater fish that feed on algae and the waste from other fish. They shouldn't be mixed in tanks with goldfish, as they're attracted to the extra slimy coat they have and will attached to the fish.

the goldfish could die. they have that slime coat as sort of a stress reliever and immune system boost. when you take it off, they're really vulnerable, and easily freaked out.

also why you don't want to touch fish much with your hands or a net.

they are. smaller fish, at least. some are more hardy than others. yeah, goldfish are cool. pretty, if not kind of dumb. koi live for fucking ever.
